“How much time do I realistically need to put into a podcast during launch and going forward.”

The minimum amount of time you need to put into launching a podcast at the beginning is 3 hours a week. That works out to just 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week. You could do this 30 minutes by waking up 30 minutes early or going to bed 30 minutes later.

If you can do more than that - fantastic! But it’s not necessary to see results

Post-Launch you should be able to create 2-4 episodes in an afternoon and schedule them out for the rest of the month.  

“How much financial investment will a podcast take?”
